Senior Product Manager – Engagement & Progression

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Take charge of PokerArena's engagement and progression systems from initial concept to live updates.

• Enable swift delivery and enhancement of new product features and functionalities.

• Integrate AI tools into daily operations.

• Engage directly with players on a weekly basis.

• Collaborate effectively with product designers and software developers.

• Create systems that encourage player retention and advancement.

• Report directly to the Chief Product Officer.

• Function as an individual contributor without overseeing any direct reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in delivering new software products and features.

• Hands-on experience with engagement, progression, or live-ops systems in gaming or other consumer-oriented products.

• Familiarity with poker at least to the level of a casual enthusiast.

• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

• Demonstrated ability to deliver results promptly.

• Experience with AI tools and assistance.

• Willingness to work according to the Central European Timezone schedule.

• Background in collaborating with product designers and software developers.
