This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Formulate and implement the product strategy for a network of partner and related products that enhance the core orchestration platform.
• Recognize high-value ecosystem opportunities within the laboratory informatics and enterprise data landscape.
• Create a clear vision for the integration of third-party capabilities that augment the platform.
• Set criteria and conduct due diligence for selecting partners, co-development frameworks, and ensuring long-term ecosystem scalability.
• Guide product collaborations with external partners to co-create integrated solutions, including defining joint roadmaps, shared requirements, and delivery timelines.
• Convert partner capabilities and limitations into precise product specifications and integration strategies.
• Serve as the key product liaison between internal teams and external collaborators.
• Establish product specifications and standards for how external products connect with the orchestration platform.
• Guarantee that ecosystem integrations facilitate reliable data flow, interoperability, and smooth user experiences across systems.
• Work closely with UX, engineering, and solution teams to outline how ecosystem features are presented to end users.
• A Bachelor’s degree in biological sciences, life sciences, or software engineering.
• Solid product management principles with a background in ecosystem development, integrations, or partner-oriented product roles.
• Experience in laboratory informatics within a pharmaceutical context (e.g., LIMS, ELN, SDMS, CDS, or instrument data ecosystems) is strongly preferred.
• Proven experience collaborating with external partners, defining integration strategies, and delivering products that depend on interoperability across systems.
• Knowledge of APIs, platform extensibility, and co-development models is essential, along with the ability to manage technical, business, and regulatory considerations simultaneously.
• Comfort in leading cross-company collaborations, aligning diverse stakeholders, and translating complex requirements into actionable product plans.
• Experience in regulated environments and familiarity with compliance considerations is highly desirable.
