This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Guide the strategic vision, prioritization, and business results for Antares’ eCommerce platform, customer-oriented web experience, and related cloud services.
• Convert the company strategy into a detailed product roadmap within Antares’ eCommerce and cloud ecosystem.
• Define the product's “what” and “why,” maximize investments, and align stakeholders effectively.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, Data, Design, and IT to achieve measurable business results.
• Create and maintain a prioritized capability roadmap linked to business strategy, execution, sequencing, and investment trade-offs.
• Set and monitor OKRs that align with company-wide priorities.
• Assess and report on outcomes such as self-service adoption, checkout performance, experimentation velocity, Core Web Vitals, SEO performance, and operational efficiency.
• Analyze vendor roadmaps and platform capabilities to uncover growth and customer experience opportunities.
• Manage and prioritize cross-functional backlogs that cover checkout, payments, growth, content workflows, data integrations, partner requirements, security, infrastructure, and technical debt.
• Act as Product Owner for the engineering team, defining scope, acceptance criteria, sprint priorities, and release trade-offs.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Program Management, IT, Security, and executives to prioritize work based on its impact, complexity, and capacity.
• Identify priority conflicts, delivery risks, scope changes, and trade-offs while providing recommendations.
• Articulate technical and business trade-offs to executive, technical, and non-technical audiences.
• Promote adoption of new platform capabilities and enhance visibility into commitments, dependencies, risks, and decisions.
• Integrate AI-native delivery practices into requirements review, roadmap analysis, research synthesis, and prototyping.
• Over 7 years of product management or product leadership experience.
• Proven history of owning strategic roadmaps for eCommerce, web, SaaS, licensing, or cloud services platforms.
• Capable of independently developing and negotiating a data-backed perspective with senior stakeholders.
• Strong inclination towards action, self-directed ownership, and disciplined follow-through.
• Experience in setting business objectives and achieving measurable outcomes.
• Background in managing SaaS vendor relationships, including CMS, payments, eCommerce, experimentation, analytics, or license-management platforms.
• Familiarity with payment platforms such as FastSpring and Stripe.
• Experience with eCommerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, and Builder.io.
• Understanding of modern web and cloud architecture, including headless CMS, server-rendered JavaScript frameworks, APIs, data integrations, and major cloud providers.
• Ability to balance growth initiatives with priorities related to security, compliance, reliability, and technical debt.
• Exceptional communication skills for translating complex technical and business trade-offs into clear priorities.
• Practical fluency with agentic AI tools for planning, communication, analysis, and prototyping.
• Comfort in navigating ambiguity and taking ownership of outcomes from start to finish.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
