Senior Product Manager – Document Intelligence Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the strategy, implementation, and delivery of cutting-edge document processing capabilities for both B2B and B2C services at Taxwell.

• Develop the product roadmap informed by customer feedback, business objectives, and technological advancements, ensuring alignment with Taxwell’s overarching product strategy.

• Motivate and direct a multidisciplinary team of engineers, designers, and business associates, prioritizing a profound understanding of customer needs and utilizing data-driven insights to provide seamless, compliant, and high-value B2B tax and payment solutions.

• Create and promote a distinct product vision, strategy, and measurable objectives for Taxwell’s Document Intelligence Platform.

• Articulate product direction, priorities, and impact with clarity and persuasion across various teams, executives, and stakeholders.

• Work closely with engineering, UX/UI, AI/ML, compliance, and product partners to deliver secure, seamless, and high-performing end-to-end solutions.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

• 5–7 years of product management expertise in software, fintech, tax, or financial services with a record of success.

• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical abilities, with a talent for adapting strategy based on research and data.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of influencing at all organizational levels.

• Proven capability to collaborate across technical, business, and compliance areas.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies and design thinking principles.

• Resourceful, energetic, and adaptable, able to excel in a fast-paced environment.
