This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the comprehensive roadmap for associations as a platform capability, which encompasses relationship definitions, activity-to-record behavior, association labels, limits, workflows, and the record creator.
• Spearhead the company's initiative to derive associations from unstructured data for Smart Deal Progression.
• Assess and enhance lookup properties to address usability gaps within relational data management.
• Resolve data dead ends by implementing foundational data fixes and broadening association coverage between object types.
• Establish the long-term vision for the associations platform, focusing on reusable components and enhanced relationship modeling.
• Define and refine the associative context between objects and activities to ensure AI reliability and trustworthiness.
• Interact directly with SMB and enterprise customers to comprehend their relational-data challenges.
• Coordinate with PMs, engineers, and architects across Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, and AI Agents.
• Present the associations roadmap to senior leadership, ecosystem partners, and enterprise customers.
• Develop and promote product strategy based on customer needs, business objectives, data, and global market trends.
• Collaborate with UX and Engineering to design high-value, user-friendly products.
• Proven experience in successfully launching products to customers, preferably in platform, data infrastructure, or CRM environments.
• Strong expertise in CRM data modeling, including entity-relationship modeling, association and activity schemas, record creation patterns, and relational complexities within customer workflows.
• Excellent intuition for cross-platform UX.
• Capability to merge customer empathy, technical expertise, and business acumen to prioritize platform initiatives.
• Proficient in reading and writing technical specifications.
• Comfortable reviewing architecture diagrams, ERDs, and data model documentation.
• Ability to communicate product vision effectively to engineers, executives, and cross-functional partners.
• Knowledge of how foundational data quality and relational modeling enhance AI reliability.
• Competence in making decisions, testing assumptions, and iterating with incomplete information and platform risk.
