This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Enhancing product success through thorough analysis, strategic planning, and execution across the complete product lifecycle
• Collecting and prioritizing market and product requirements
• Establishing the product vision and objectives
• Collaborating with leadership in Product Management, Product Development, Sales and Marketing, and Delivery teams to ensure the successful launch of products
• Meeting revenue and client satisfaction targets
• Conducting regular reviews of the product roadmap, product demonstrations, and advisory workshops with both internal and external stakeholders
• Preparing and presenting business cases for new products to senior management
• Collaborating with Product Management and Technology Leadership on long-term strategic initiatives and resource allocation
• Working alongside Sales and Marketing to understand changing market needs and ensure campaign success
• Ensuring compliance with accessibility and usability standards, particularly for caregivers, members, and clinicians
• Balancing the development of new features with considerations for technical debt, performance, and security
• Over 5 years of experience in Product Management, ideally in the health IT vendor sector
• More than 3 years of experience in home health and/or home care solutions
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
• Comprehensive understanding of SaaS business models, pricing strategies, and customer management
• Advanced skills in product roadmap planning and prioritization
• Proficiency in customer journey mapping and Voice of Customer (VoC) analysis
• Exceptional cross-functional leadership and decision-making abilities
• Capability to utilize data analytics for informed decision-making
• Outstanding communication skills for gathering and interpreting customer needs, articulating vision, drafting complex product requirements, and creating clear market-facing documents and presentations
• Ability to cultivate strong working relationships and exert influence across departments to manage stakeholder expectations and drive overall product success
• In-depth knowledge of Agile Product Management and Development methodologies
• Familiarity with the SaaS business model, including product health metrics and configuration concepts
• Experience in defining and/or implementing go-to-market strategies and plans
• Proficient in using Jira, Confluence, Aha!, or similar project management tools
• Understanding of API integration development, third-party support, web application frameworks, and database concepts
• Ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with both customers and internal teams
• Experience collaborating with overseas business analysts and engineering teams
