This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Take ownership of the product roadmap and oversee the complete delivery process for chat, voice, and proactive support functionalities.
• Enhance automation rates and improve customer satisfaction (CSAT) outcomes.
• Develop AI-integrated features across various support platforms.
• Collaborate with Engineering, CX Operations, Data Science, and Compliance teams.
• Influence P&L outcomes through the optimization and removal of tools.
• Implement cross-functional delivery across Surfaces, Foundation, and Intelligence platform layers.
• Over 7 years of experience in product management.
• Proven experience in developing or scaling AI-driven customer support products.
• Established history of defining and monitoring success metrics through complex funnels.
• Proven capability to collaborate across various SaaS platforms.
• Experience working with multiple product groups and stakeholders.
• Responsible use of generative AI technology.
