Senior Product Manager, Core App

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the development of Lark's primary mobile application and AI coaching from inception to launch.

• Employ hypothesis-driven techniques, market research, user testing, and data analysis to define and enhance features.

• Take ownership of a segment of the product roadmap and convert user insights and business objectives into initiatives, user stories, product specifications, and launch strategies.

• Conduct experiments, choose suitable metrics, and utilize evidence to inform product decisions.

• Establish and monitor key results while communicating outcomes to stakeholders and leadership.

• Collaborate with Enrollment and EHR teams on joint projects and member outcomes.

• Work alongside engineers, designers, and data scientists to provide member-centric features.

• Proven track record of delivering consumer mobile products and features.

• Experience in launching AI-driven features.

• Strong analytical skills and instincts for experimentation.

• Proficient in tools such as Braintrust, Mixpanel, Looker, or Snowflake.

• Knowledge of modern lean product development methodologies.

• Experience working within a remote team environment.

• Understanding of behavior change and the differences between coaching and clinical care.

• Background in Medicare or the older-adult demographic, or experience in B2C health, wellness, or fitness sectors.

• Awareness of responsible AI practices and healthcare-specific considerations.

• Must reside in the United States.

• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States or meet sponsorship requirements.
