Senior Product Manager, Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to grasp business objectives, user challenges, and product possibilities.

• Influence product direction as requirements, priorities, or the overall product vision shift.

• Develop and manage product backlogs, user stories, business rules, and feature specifications.

• Work in conjunction with delivery managers, designers, and engineers to outline valuable, feasible, and user-friendly solutions.

• Foster alignment among clients, technical teams, and business stakeholders.

• Engage in product discovery, roadmap discussions, prioritization, and go-to-market strategies.

• Participate in product ceremonies to ensure the product progresses in the right direction.

• Operate across strategic, discovery-focused, execution-oriented, and delivery-focused projects.

• Navigate through ambiguity, shifting priorities, multiple stakeholders, and rapidly changing product scenarios.

• Adjust to consulting-oriented environments and transition between projects and industries seamlessly.

• Leverage AI for organization, discovery, documentation, research, prioritization, or workflow enhancement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in managing digital products across both web and mobile platforms.

• Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, shifting priorities, and rapidly changing product landscapes.

• Capability to balance business objectives, user requirements, technical limitations, and delivery realities.

• Proficient in English for discussions, calls, and asynchronous collaboration with international clients and teams.

• Experience collaborating across multidisciplinary teams in product, engineering, design, and delivery.

• Flexibility to adapt to consulting-style settings and swiftly switch contexts between projects and industries.

• Regular use of AI for organization, discovery, documentation, research, prioritization, or workflow enhancement.

• Prior experience in consulting/service environments, enterprise products, or engagements with US-based clients is highly advantageous.

• Valid business registration in the candidate's country, such as CNPJ, VAT, EIN, or equivalent.

• A bank account able to receive payments in USD.

• Capability to issue invoices as necessary.
