This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Take ownership of the product strategy and roadmap for the infrastructure of clinical insights publishing and content experiences.
• Collaborate with the Editor-in-Chief, Managing Editor, content contributors, and vendor partners to convert content strategy into product priorities.
• Work alongside Content stakeholders to assess, define, and recommend capabilities for CMS and platforms.
• Develop and enhance internal systems, tools, and workflows that facilitate content review and publication processes.
• Spearhead the creation of user-facing content experiences and experiments aimed at boosting discovery and engagement.
• Identify and confirm new storytelling formats and methods of delivery.
• Partner with Engineering and Design teams to convert strategy into product requirements.
• Establish success metrics for initiatives, including engagement with newsfeeds.
• Leverage AI tools to expedite product work and validate outcomes.
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is required.
• Over 6 years of experience in product management, digital product development, or a related field.
• Background in media, digital publishing, newsroom settings, or content-driven consumer products.
• Strong grasp of user-facing product development, experimentation, and engagement strategies across both mobile and web platforms.
• Familiarity with content management systems, publishing workflows, editorial tools, or platforms that facilitate large-scale content operations.
• Robust analytical skills, with a history of defining KPIs, interpreting user behavior, and utilizing data to inform prioritization and iteration.
• Preferred experience collaborating closely with content teams, journalists, newsroom leadership, or content contributors to bring content strategies to fruition through product and platform development.
• Preferred knowledge of AI tools for enhancing product management workflows.
