This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Oversee all facets of the game portfolio that we provide to our clients.
• Sustain the game roadmap in collaboration with the customer.
• Manage the current game portfolio while introducing new titles.
• Create game roadmaps for existing vendors.
• Oversee game release schedules to ensure deadlines are achieved.
• Collaborate with various cross-functional teams (marketing, product, creative, editing, etc.) to launch games per the roadmap.
• Conduct the game launch asset briefing process (both graphic and descriptive).
• Provide analytical insights regarding the current game offerings.
• Conduct game selection in partnership with vendors.
• Perform quality assurance on games during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production.
• Generate monthly performance reports.
• Review change logs.
• Manage the vendor downtime process.
• Handle operational interactions with vendors.
• Collaborate with lottery vendors on documentation in line with established protocols.
• Review customer-facing game materials on the website.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned.
• BA/BS in Marketing, Business, or a related field of experience.
• Required gaming experience; familiarity with the industry is essential.
• Background in the online gaming sector; being a mobile app gamer, casino enthusiast, or fantasy sports player is advantageous.
• Experience in product management or project management is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
• Must be self-driven and able to undertake tasks independently.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, well-organized, independent, quick learner, able to multitask, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and be a team player.
• Exceptional project management, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in data-driven prioritization.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Some travel may be necessary.
• Must be available to work during most EST business hours.
• May need to adjust schedule occasionally to accommodate clients and partners in different time zones.
