Content Strategist, Knowledge Architecture

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in defining and maintaining the product content model, which encompasses content types, fields, relationships, and reuse patterns.

• Develop taxonomy and tagging frameworks that facilitate discoverability and targeted content delivery.

• Create content structures that enhance retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), focusing on chunking, metadata, and semantic relationships.

• Set standards for modular, component-based content creation and reuse.

• Collaborate with Product, UX, Engineering, Support, and Accessibility teams to ensure content aligns with product experiences and workflows.

• Convert product and business requirements into structured content and architectural solutions.

• Work closely with Content Engineers to guarantee the correct implementation of content models and standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Over 2 years of experience in content strategy, information architecture, knowledge management, or a related field.

• Experience in a SaaS or product-focused environment.

• Demonstrated ability to design and scale content across complex product ecosystems.

• Willingness to travel occasionally, up to 10%, for important events such as team summits, training sessions, customer meetings, and company events, with increased travel during peak business periods.
