This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +1 more state.
• Take ownership of the roadmap for data enablement, customer communication platforms, and eMarketing tools to address marketing needs, lifecycle functions, and new conversion use cases.
• Develop and enhance lifecycle journeys that deliver personalized experiences at scale, from initial touchpoints to re-engagement and retention strategies.
• Convert intricate data needs from marketing and business partners into succinct product requirements for the engineering team.
• Collaborate with data engineering and analytics teams to pinpoint gaps in data availability, quality, and segmentation capabilities, translating them into actionable backlog items.
• Define use cases, features, requirements, and acceptance criteria for communication platforms, including notifications, content management, and campaign management tools.
• Lead cross-departmental initiatives that involve marketing, technology, and lifecycle teams.
• Create customer feedback loops by utilizing communication performance metrics, support signals, and behavioral data.
• Function as an AI-first product developer, employing AI agents, automations, and workflow tools within lifecycle and communication processes.
• Evaluate risks and generate well-organized, data-informed narratives for leadership review.
• Analyze product and platform performance, establishing metrics that reflect both technical health and business value.
• Oversee vendor relationships for communication vendors and CMS tools.
• Maintain open communication across marketing, engineering, and operations regarding strategy, timelines, challenges, and outcomes.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in software Product Management.
• Proven experience managing data products or leading data enablement initiatives.
• Comprehensive understanding of data flow, consumption, and ways to enhance its utility for business stakeholders.
• Familiarity with marketing technology platforms, including customer communications, CMS, campaign management, or notification systems.
• Direct, hands-on experience with lifecycle and analytics tools (e.g., Braze, Iterable, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Amplitude, or similar).
• Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing AI-native tools and workflows, including AI agents, automations, and LLM-assisted operations.
• Capacity to navigate between high-level strategy and detailed execution.
• Outstanding communication skills: listening, writing, presenting, and collaborating with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• High integrity and a drive to achieve the best possible product outcomes.
• Self-motivated and self-directed, with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to learn as roles and workflows evolve.
• Experience with lifecycle communications or customer journey tools.
• Knowledge of chat platforms, conversational AI, or digital servicing products.
• Background in FinTech or financial services.
• Experience collaborating with or alongside data engineering or analytics teams.
