Senior Product Manager – Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Estonia.

📋 Description

• Act as an Interim Product Manager for clients at various phases of the product life cycle.

• Guide products from the development of MVPs through to their launch and subsequent evaluation.

• Revive stalled projects, assist scale-ups in achieving quarterly KPIs, direct product pivots, and establish new product departments or capabilities.

• Make pivotal product and business decisions that impact clients.

• Supervise delivery and discovery processes for multiple initiatives concurrently.

• Collaborate with Product, Program, and Project Managers based on client configurations.

• Partner with stakeholders and manage personnel and high-pressure situations with timely, transparent responses.

• Align stakeholders on solutions that address their interests and product objectives.

• Propose and take ownership of initiatives that enhance Product Impact, accelerate client delivery, and optimize long-term profitability and growth.

• Lead teams of high-achieving individuals and oversee the product lifecycle from strategy formulation to evaluation.

• Work collaboratively across functions to finalize product roadmaps and identify new opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager working with a tech product, preferably in a start-up setting.

• A focus on user experience paired with a solid understanding of business needs.

• Proven experience leading a cross-functional team using agile methodologies.

• Familiarity with web or mobile applications and front-end technologies.

• Ability to alternate between analytical and creative thinking.
