Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the product strategy and roadmap for the business unit.

• Establish priorities, manage trade-offs, and align both leadership and cross-functional teams.

• Lead AI-accelerated discovery through customer interviews, support tickets, competitor analysis, and market research.

• Create and validate PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria with the assistance of AI.

• Confirm scope, edge cases, dependencies, and prioritization.

• Utilize AI tools to produce interactive mockups and functional demos.

• Evaluate product concepts with stakeholders and users prior to committing to engineering.

• Oversee AI analysis of usage and product data, formulate hypotheses, select experiments, and manage success metrics.

• Engage directly with customers and internal teams that interact with customers.

• Offer product thought leadership and vision during sales, customer success, and business development discussions.

• Equip customer-facing teams with essential product knowledge and guidance.

• Collaborate with PMs on prompts, templates, and guidelines.

• Ensure the team is accountable for accuracy, bias, and privacy when utilizing AI with sensitive behavioral health and absence data.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in owning products from start to finish—strategy, roadmap, and execution.

• Strong technical expertise and collaboration with Engineering.

• Capability to comprehend system constraints and make trade-offs.

• Excellent backlog management skills, including writing detailed stories and prioritizing tasks under pressure.

• Experience working in an Agile environment.

• Analytical and data-driven mindset for problem-solving.

• Ability to drive initiatives through influence rather than authority.

• Daily utilization of AI assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT for research synthesis, PRD and story drafting, prototyping, or data analysis.

• Skill in identifying errors in AI-generated outputs before release.

• Sound judgment regarding hallucination risks, bias, and data privacy considerations.

• Experience supporting teams in adopting new tools and methodologies.

• Bonus: Background in behavioral health, absence management, or another regulated, data-sensitive field.
