This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish and oversee the roadmap for Managed Bill Review functionalities, encompassing essential bill review processes, reporting, and complementary features within integrated solutions.
• Regularly assess AI-enhanced capabilities like intelligent document processing, anomaly detection, and workflow automation.
• Propel product vision that aligns with client-specific requirements while ensuring reliability, compliance, and transparency.
• Discover AI-assisted opportunities that provide measurable value to clients.
• Draft product specifications and convert them into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver features adhering to quality standards and necessary guardrails.
• Define and monitor success metrics, including adoption rates, operational efficiency, and client retention.
• Apply Agile and project management expertise to enhance engineering effectiveness and execution speed.
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders, technical teams, and clients across Engineering, Sales, Services, and Finance.
• Present, demonstrate, and persuade customers, prospects, and executive leadership regarding roadmap decisions.
• Clearly explain the value and limitations of AI within client workflows.
• Develop and synchronize go-to-market strategies, messaging, and positioning.
• Lead a globally distributed agile team with empathy and cultural awareness.
• Promote the use of AI tools and support agile ceremonies across different time zones.
• Cultivate alignment, accountability, and momentum across varied teams.
• Over 6 years of experience in Product Management.
• Experience in B2B enterprise software; background in corporate legal or finance is preferred.
• Proven track record of developing and launching products within Fortune 1000 companies.
• Capability to design products tailored to client-specific needs across diverse deployment models.
• Strong project management abilities, including documentation, sharing, and archiving product artifacts.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Metrics-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Experience leading distributed, multicultural teams.
• Familiarity with AI tools and concepts applicable to document-heavy workflows, such as Claude, ChatGPT, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), intelligent document processing (IDP), and model context protocol (MCP).
• Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office.
• Preferred: knowledge of corporate legal workflows in matter management and eBilling, or ERP financial software.
• Preferred: experience in integrating acquired product lines and developing alignment strategies.
• Preferred: expertise in platform product management and organizational alignment across multiple teams.
