This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Define and implement the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for UEM, MDM, and enterprise security functionalities.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from market research and discovery to development, launch, adoption, and ongoing optimization.
• Recognize emerging trends and customer needs related to endpoint management, device security, identity, compliance, and enterprise mobility.
• Create comprehensive product requirements, user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, and product specifications.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and architecture teams to provide scalable, reliable, and secure enterprise solutions.
• Prioritize initiatives based on customer value, business impact, technical feasibility, competitive positioning, and market opportunities.
• Work alongside security teams to integrate endpoint protection, access controls, policy enforcement, compliance, threat management, and security best practices.
• Partner with sales and customer-facing teams to gather enterprise requirements and transform feedback into product enhancements.
• Conduct competitive analysis and maintain an in-depth understanding of the UEM, MDM, endpoint security, and enterprise mobility markets.
• Establish product KPIs and utilize data, customer feedback, and market insights to evaluate performance and enhance product results.
• Lead product launches, go-to-market strategies, enablement, and communication with stakeholders.
• Mentor product managers and assist in developing robust product management practices throughout the organization.
• 10–20 years of experience in product management, ideally within enterprise software, cybersecurity, endpoint management, or mobility solutions.
• Strong practical expertise in UEM (Unified Endpoint Management) and MDM (Mobile Device Management) products.
• In-depth knowledge of Enterprise Security, endpoint security, device compliance, access management, and security policies.
• Proven experience managing enterprise B2B products for large organizations and intricate technology environments.
• Strong understanding of endpoint platforms and device ecosystems, including Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and related enterprise management frameworks.
• Demonstrated capability to define product strategy, roadmap, requirements, and go-to-market plans.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management abilities.
• Capacity to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across all organizational levels.
• Experience with Zero Trust, IAM, SSO, conditional access, endpoint detection and response, or security compliance.
• Knowledge of cloud-based SaaS and enterprise security architectures.
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements impacting enterprise endpoint management.
• Experience developing products for global enterprises and managing complex customer deployments.
• Technical background or experience collaborating closely with engineering and security architecture teams.
