Senior PMO, Product Owner – Agile

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Act as the liaison among business, technology, and stakeholders.

• Organize, prioritize, and enhance product and project backlogs.

• Establish and monitor roadmaps, objectives, and key performance indicators (OKRs/KPIs).

• Execute and perpetually refine project governance practices (PMO).

• Ensure a regular rhythm of agile ceremonies and alignment across teams.

• Oversee project risks, timelines, scope, and budgets.

• Generate clear executive reports for senior leadership.

• Manage the project portfolio, prioritize requests, and maximize customer value.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience as a PMO, Product Owner, or in a comparable senior role.

• Proven experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and portfolio management.

• Background in defining roadmaps, prioritizing tasks, and managing backlogs.

• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and metrics to inform decision-making.

• Experience in engaging with stakeholders from various functions and organizational levels.

• Certifications in Agile, Scrum, Product Ownership, or Project Management are advantageous.

• Familiarity with technology, digital products, or consulting environments is a plus.

• Prior experience in establishing a PMO or leading agile transformation is beneficial.

• Knowledge of OKRs and management tools like Jira, Trello, and Azure DevOps is a plus.
