📋 Description

• Oversee the complete product lifecycle, from conception to implementation, transforming vague challenges into comprehensive solutions.

• Create, implement, and communicate the product roadmap for AI-driven solutions within the Manufacturing and Distribution pricing waterfall, ensuring it aligns with business goals and customer requirements.

• Recognize opportunities where AI and machine learning can yield quantifiable pricing results and convert these prospects into roadmap priorities.

• Serve as a vital link between business units, technical teams, and external partners to promote effective communication and alignment.

• Acquire extensive knowledge in B2B pricing mechanisms across manufacturing and distribution sectors.

• Establish AI/ML-enhanced pricing capabilities by collaborating with data science teams to translate model outputs into user-friendly, customer-oriented product experiences.

• Monitor competitive trends and new capabilities in B2B pricing, revenue management, and applied AI to continually refine the product strategy and differentiate the roadmap.

• Set qualitative targets and quantitative objectives, outline product requirements, and drive execution alongside the Engineering, PM, and UX design teams.

• Determine and monitor essential pricing product metrics while collaborating with sales, customer success, and analytics stakeholders to evaluate impact and inform prioritization.

• Act as the internal and external expert on pricing product strategy, clearly communicating roadmap direction and trade-offs to cross-functional team members in sales, customer relations, and partnerships.


⛳️ Requirements

• Possess 6+ years of relevant experience in product management at a high-performing SaaS consumer technology firm. B2B SaaS experience is preferred, particularly in Pricing and/or price optimization management, though it is not a strict requirement.

• Strong understanding of artificial intelligence, agentic AI tools, machine learning, and their applications in operational environments.

• Must have led at least two complete product lifecycles from ideation through launch and subsequent iterations.

• Solid knowledge of agile methodologies with experience in managing iterative, high-quality product releases.

• Ability to comprehend customer needs and convert them into valuable product features and solutions.

• Proficient in utilizing data and analytics to inform product decisions and prioritize features.

• Proven track record of leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams (engineering, sales, marketing) to ensure product success.

• Exceptional ability to simplify complex pricing concepts, roadmap trade-offs, and data-driven insights into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences, including executives, customers, engineering teams, and cross-functional partners.

• Capacity to think strategically, address complex problems, and make informed decisions in fast-paced settings.

• Strong project management capabilities to guarantee timely product delivery, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
