Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Align business objectives with the technical strategy for the product surface.

• Convert product direction into actionable specifications for engineering teams.

• Collaborate closely with the Head of Product and Engineering leadership on architectural trade-offs.

• Conduct alpha and beta builds to uncover integration issues prior to customer engagement.

• Interact directly with platform engineers at AI Cloud operators, regulated enterprises, and large internal platform teams.

• Monitor the cloud-native ecosystem and emerging tenancy primitives.

• Refine product narratives for technical stakeholders and collaborate with GTM on messaging strategies.

• Connect engineering, sales, and marketing to ensure that delivered products meet sales and support requirements.

• Contribute to shaping the product direction as vCluster Labs expands.

• Assist in the development of Kubernetes virtualization and GPU infrastructure products aimed at AI Cloud providers and AI factories.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management focusing on cloud infrastructure, platform services, or distributed systems.

• Proven track record of delivering products that other engineers rely on in production environments.

• Solid understanding of Kubernetes, including clusters, workloads, and namespaces.

• Experience in collaborating with platform engineers and architects.

• Comfortable engaging in customer-facing conversations regarding infrastructure.

• Familiarity with Kubernetes-as-a-Service is an advantage.

• Background in GPU scheduling, multi-tenant accelerator workloads, or LLM deployment patterns is a plus.

• Experience in platform product management for building internal developer platforms is a bonus.

• Ability to adapt to the fast-paced and evolving nature of startups.
