This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and steer the comprehensive technical product strategy for Tax Reporting solutions across the enterprise.

• Oversee the creation of scalable tax management platforms that integrate with Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Workday, and various cloud platforms.

• Assess, design, and implement the long-term product roadmap and portfolio strategy.

• Establish strategic alliances with clients, tax advisory partners, regulatory entities, technology providers, consulting firms, and internal business units.

• Enhance packaging, pricing, feature development, and market readiness to maximize commercial value.

• Outline the AI-native Tax Reporting roadmap and collaborate on reliable AI-assisted tax workflows.

• Manage portfolio business performance, encompassing bookings, ARR, margin, gross retention, and net expansion.

• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to define positioning, pricing, value communication, launches, and customer education.

• Facilitate the delivery of complex market and enterprise customer requirements along with significant release milestones.

• Elevate customer experiences throughout the tax management lifecycle and handle enterprise customer escalations.

• Generate market intelligence regarding customer usage, competition, and global tax management trends.

• Act as a thought leader through conferences, webinars, regulatory panels, advisory boards, and executive briefings.

• Implement win/loss analysis and customer feedback initiatives.

• Keep abreast of global tax regulatory and compliance changes while maintaining product leadership across jurisdictions.

• Function as an internal product advocate and external market expert.

• Monitor AI-driven disruptions in tax technology and translate their implications into product strategy.


⛳️ Requirements

• Profound knowledge of enterprise tax management software, tax provisioning processes, and global tax compliance requirements.

• Extensive experience with tax reporting platforms and enterprise data consolidation technologies.

• Strong grasp of global tax regulations, accounting and tax principles (ASC and IFRS), along with multinational tax compliance.

• Applied AI/GenAI tools to enhance tax or finance workflows and successfully led at least one AI-enabled capability to market.

• Familiarity with enterprise software architectures and cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, and GCP.

• Understanding of Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and enterprise-grade security frameworks is desirable.

• Over 10 years of experience in B2B enterprise software Product Management.

• A minimum of 5 years in senior leadership roles focused on financial, tax, or compliance management solutions.

• Proven capability to bridge technical and business requirements while driving measurable enterprise value and ROI.

• Extensive experience in SaaS/cloud-based product leadership, including financial data analytics, reporting, and enterprise integrations.

• Strong P&L ownership mindset and strategic product investment decision-making skills.

• Experience engaging with C-suite executives, tax directors, and enterprise IT leadership.

• Expertise in enterprise pricing strategy, value-based pricing, and competitive positioning.

• Demonstrated success in managing bookings, ARR, net expansion, gross retention, and customer lifetime value.

• Ability to influence and lead cross-functional organizations without formal authority.

• Over 5 years of experience in building, managing, and developing high-performing product management and technical teams.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, particularly when addressing boards, C-suite executives, and industry analysts.

• Competence in balancing competing enterprise priorities and making critical strategic decisions under pressure.

• Experience collaborating with Product Marketing leadership to commercialize complex enterprise offerings.

• Background in leading UX and design organizations.

• Ability to drive execution across global Development, Sales, Marketing, Support, and Customer Success teams.

• Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• Willingness to travel 25-35% for customer meetings, industry events, and team leadership.

• Base salary range of $160,000.00 to $201,000.00 annually.
