This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the entire process of manufactured home insurance products, converting product performance, customer requirements, market trends, and business goals into defined product priorities and actions.
• Lead activities related to filings, which include product research, competitive analysis, actuarial collaboration, rate considerations, regulatory filing assessments, compliance preparations, and planning for implementation.
• Analyze product performance reports, market dynamics, customer insights, release documentation, system guides, workflows, specifications, and other supporting materials for the product.
• Utilize SQL, product data, and business insights to discover opportunities, monitor implemented solutions, evaluate market positioning, and propose enhancements or differentiation strategies for the product.
• Propel product initiatives from the identification of customer issues through the development of requirements, definition of solutions, creation of user stories, quality assurance, coordination of releases, launch preparedness, and ongoing performance evaluation.
• Collaborate with actuarial teams, IT, account executives, operations, product support, and product teams to address challenges, align priorities, ensure market-ready fulfillment, and deliver a seamless enterprise experience.
• Assist in managing the complete product lifecycle from conception and validation to launch, optimization, continuous enhancements, sharing best practices, and eventual retirement.
• Foster consensus on execution priorities.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a product analysis or management role.
• Proficient analytical skills and expertise in SQL.
• Demonstrated experience in utilizing product performance data, customer insights, market trends, or other business intelligence to identify opportunities and suggest actions.
• Proven experience in leading or managing multiple phases of the product lifecycle, including requirements development, launch, implementation, performance monitoring, optimization, or retirement.
• Preferably experienced in property and casualty (P&C) insurance product management or the financial product management sector.
• A bachelor's degree in Insurance, Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, Mathematics, or a related field is preferred.
