This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Collect and clarify business requirements throughout implementation processes

• Convert unclear workflows into organized requirements, user stories, and briefs

• Create prototypes for flows, prompts, and simple solutions to quickly validate direction

• Collaborate with Technical Account Managers to ensure smooth implementation progress

• Work alongside implementation engineers to enhance market solutions

• Recognize recurring workflow patterns and communicate them back to the core product

• Document decisions, edge cases, and changes in processes

• Assist in discovery, solution design, and handoff across various deployments

• Connect product, delivery, and implementation teams during the rollout phase

• Contribute to defining workflows, prototyping solutions, and influencing agent behavior in practical applications

• Exceptional communicator with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Background in product management, business analysis, solutions consulting, forward-deployed roles, or implementation positions

• Proficient in prototyping, prompting, and workflow design

• Likely experience within startup, SaaS, or technical services sectors

• Focused on builders and operators closely associated with delivery rather than solely on product roadmap management
