Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of product management for Presentations, MC Desktop, the Mobile App, and RateWatch.

• Collect feedback, draft specifications, conduct sprints, and refine features utilizing usage data and customer insights.

• Identify consistencies and variations across four product platforms and address experience discrepancies.

• Transform strategic priorities into a prioritized engineering roadmap and ensure its timely execution.

• Conduct structured discovery and feedback initiatives with daily users of MortgageCoach loan officer.

• Coordinate with product, engineering, and design teams regarding timelines and key performance indicators.

• Identify trade-offs, capacity limitations, and delivery risks early, while proposing actionable solutions.

• Keep business stakeholders updated on upcoming releases, timelines, and their business implications.

• Report directly to the VP of Product as an individual contributor while collaborating closely with engineering, design, and loan officers.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of five years in product management, with experience owning a launched B2B SaaS product.

• Experience in the mortgage industry; understanding of loan officer operations.

• Proven ability to manage a product across web, mobile, or embedded platforms and achieve parity among them.

• Experience in conducting customer interviews, discovery activities, or formal feedback processes.

• Ability to independently own a roadmap without the oversight of other product managers.

• Strong and confident communication skills with engineers, leadership, and customers.

• Good judgment in uncertain situations; capability to establish structure, maintain firm opinions, and adapt based on data insights.

• Experience in managing a technical roadmap and navigating engineering trade-offs directly (preferred).
