⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in developing and launching web applications as a designer, engineer, or product manager in the tech sector.

• At least 2 years of experience as a Product Manager at a growth-stage startup.

• Strong intuition for product development.

• Excellent design judgment and technical understanding.

• Proven ability to transform long-term strategies and a backlog of ideas into a prioritized, actionable roadmap.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Comfortable making decisions even with incomplete information.

• Authentic empathy for both users and team members.
