Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of a product area from start to finish — including discovery, roadmap development, prioritization, specifications, and delivery for enterprise workflows in real estate transactions, lease analysis, portfolio management, or facilities operations.

• Conduct ongoing discovery with enterprise clients — performing interviews, analyzing data, and conducting competitive assessments — and convert insights into prioritized roadmap decisions based on solid evidence.

• Create clear and well-defined product specifications within an AI-assisted development framework. While AI tools enhance efficiency, you retain control over judgment, prioritization, and product choices.

• Navigate the challenges of platform modernization — make informed trade-off decisions between reducing legacy debt and delivering new value, all while maintaining the data models and business rules that establish the product as a system of record.

• Foster cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success. You will be responsible for scoping, sequencing, and communicating trade-off decisions.

• Link product initiatives to business results — including retention, expansion, and annual recurring revenue. Clearly explain the significance of roadmap decisions to the business, beyond just user impact.

• Interact directly with enterprise stakeholders — including VP- and Director-level clients managing billions in real estate expenditures — to confirm priorities and sustain ongoing customer relationships.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in product management with complete ownership of a product area in a B2B SaaS environment; experience with enterprise SaaS is highly preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with Engineering without needing translation — comprehending data models, assessing technical trade-offs, and crafting specifications with sufficient detail for engineers to execute confidently.

• Proven history of treating discovery as a disciplined practice: maintaining a consistent cadence of customer interviews, synthesizing findings into roadmap decisions, and demonstrating traceable impact on developed solutions.

• Familiarity with complex enterprise workflows — intricate, data-rich, multi-persona systems where operational implications are significant. Preferred experience includes real estate, facilities, lease administration, or similar enterprise SaaS fields.

• Works comfortably in an AI-native environment — utilizing AI tools as an integral part of their workflow (for synthesis, research, specification writing) and offering insights on how AI-assisted product practices should function.

• Strong instinct for prioritization: capable of making clear trade-off decisions between reducing legacy debt and generating new value within the context of platform modernization.

• Adapts well in a fast-paced setting with limited timelines and resource constraints — understands the connection between roadmap decisions and retention, expansion, and overall company value.

• Holds a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or possesses equivalent experience.
