Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Development of business cases and growth strategies: identifying market opportunities and the commercial justifications for our initiatives.

• Understanding customer needs and workflows: determining the true objectives of our customers and users.

• Leading development teams: collaborating with our Design, Analytics, Engineering teams along with in-house General Managers, Coaches, and Scouts.

• Customer onboarding and success: Product Managers are responsible for the onboarding experience within the product for our customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in Product Management.

• Familiarity with various structured Software Development Lifecycle methodologies (such as Kanban, Scrum, etc.).

• Proven experience in creating products that utilize and share components across different business or product lines.

• Strong customer engagement and management skills are highly valued.

• A genuine passion for football and sports, along with a deep understanding of the sports community and culture.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and adhere to deadlines.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
