Senior Product Manager

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the downstream product, program, or portfolio strategy for myMako AI-driven digital solutions.

• Analyze the competitive environment and integrate insights into the marketing approach.

• Create annual marketing strategies and plans for product launches.

• Allocate resources to assess, monitor, and adjust marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement.

• Implement segmentation and targeting techniques to boost commercial efficiency.

• Set metrics, objectives, success criteria, and key milestones.

• Perform post-launch evaluations and apply lessons learned.

• Project sales based on market conditions, product performance, and other pertinent factors.

• Exhibit financial expertise.

• Guide, develop, and influence across the organization while fostering cross-divisional collaborations.

• Build relationships with industry leaders, market influencers, organizations, and academic institutions.

• Convert business insights into future strategic initiatives.

• Make decisions that impact immediate operations and potentially affect the broader division.

• Distill complex product features into unique value propositions, messaging, branding, and storytelling.

• Spearhead digital engagement within the Mako Digital Experience through in-platform marketing and analytics.

• Craft strategies to enhance customer relationships, accelerate product usage, and optimize user interactions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is required.

• A minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience is required.

• An MBA is preferred.

• At least 3 years of experience in medical devices, med tech, and/or marketing is preferred.

• Familiarity with healthcare technology platforms, digital health solutions, and customer-facing healthcare tools is preferred.

• Experience with digital products is preferred.

• Ideal candidates will be located in Mahwah, NJ, Weston, FL, Kalamazoo, MI, or Menlo Park, CA.

• Willingness to travel approximately 40% is required.
