Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Formulate and implement product strategy, messaging, and product launches.

• Assess market opportunities and predict industry trends.

• Analyze the feasibility and financial rationale for new products and their releases.

• Determine requirements for existing and upcoming products.

• Identify target prospects and support sales in lead generation.

• Manage the product life cycle from inception to retirement.

• Collaborate closely with technical architecture, development, and other functional teams.

• Ensure compliance with processes to meet financial, timing, and customer expectations.

• Direct medium to large projects or complex/high-profile challenges.

• Lead a process or function without having direct reports.

• Create policies and procedures while suggesting best practices.

• Mentor and guide less experienced professionals.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in technical product management.

• At least 4 years of experience in IDP and/or Content Automation.

• Requires a Master's degree with 4 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree with 6 years of relevant experience, or a high school diploma with 8 years of relevant experience.

• Strong grasp of customer needs, competitive landscape, and market dynamics.

• Familiarity with overall product development processes and marketing strategies.

• Proficient in analysis and project management approaches.

• Experience in leading medium to large projects or addressing complex/high-profile issues.

• Possess a broad perspective, conceptual thinking, and ability to perform in-depth analysis.

• Extensive knowledge of the business, financials, products/services, or market.
