This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take full ownership of the end-to-end strategy for your product area, whether it involves the growth funnel (acquisition, conversion, activation) or the member experience after purchase (engagement, retention, cross-sell), defining its future, how it should evolve, and what we need to build to realize it.
• Create and uphold a long-term product vision, working backward from an ideal end-state to achieve a compounding impact on company-level metrics, while translating Seed's science, brand, and retention objectives into experiences that foster sustained engagement.
• Establish measurable goals directly linked to business KPIs — conversion, activation, LTV, rebill, retention — and take responsibility for the outcomes, not just the roadmap.
• Design and execute short-cycle experiments to test genuine hypotheses regarding member behavior, generating insights instead of merely shipping.
• Collaborate with Product Design to determine the creative and strategic direction for member-facing experiences.
• Work together across the growth-to-member transition and cross-sell positioning, as members progress from acquisition into a multi-product subscription relationship.
• Contribute to the expansion of a multi-category portfolio by investigating what members desire and where the experience needs to adapt to support new products and channels.
• Guide the evolution of Seed's owned digital experience alongside emerging agentic commerce channels.
• Clearly and convincingly present strategy and experiment results to leadership.
• 7+ years of product management experience, with considerable depth in one or more areas: growth, acquisition/conversion, subscription, retention, or post-purchase/member experience.
• You have shaped product strategy from uncertainty — not merely optimized an existing interface, but articulated its future and built organizational consensus around your vision.
• You lead cross-functional teams by providing strategic direction. Design, engineering, and brand partners look to you for the "what" and "why," not just the "when."
• You possess experience in subscription or membership businesses at significant scale, recognizing that both growth and retention are fundamentally experience challenges.
• You are analytically adept — comfortable with cohort analysis, LTV modeling, funnel metrics, and experiment design — and utilize data to refine strategic decisions, not just assess outputs. Familiarity with SQL and product analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude) is a valuable asset.
• You act with urgency and sound judgment. When projects stall, you reframe, escalate, or terminate them — you don’t allow them to linger.
• You have strong opinions and substantial reasoning, but you maintain intellectual honesty. You develop robust hypotheses, defend them with logic, and adjust them when evidence suggests otherwise.
• You are a clear and organized communicator who can simplify complex strategies for senior stakeholders, cross-functional partners, and your own team.
• Bonus: experience in DTC e-commerce, health/wellness, or premium consumer brands; familiarity with the Shopify ecosystem or subscription platforms; exposure to lifecycle/CRM systems (e.g., Klaviyo, Braze, Iterable), content-as-product, or personalization systems.
• Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, AD&D, LTD, Mental Wellness, EAP, Wellness Stipend + 401(k) match.
• Choose from various medical, dental, and vision plans, with generous employer contributions and coverage options tailored to your needs.
• Enjoy access to premier virtual care and a complimentary Aaptiv membership for fitness and mental wellness.
• All employees and eligible dependents are entitled to 12 complimentary therapy sessions per year, along with coaching, meditation, and 24/7 access to Spring Health’s digital tools and care navigation.
• Invest in your future with our 401(k) plan through Betterment, featuring a 100% match on the first 3% and 50% on the next 2% of contributions—fully vested from day one.
• Our Parental Leave Policy includes 18 weeks of fully paid leave, with the option to phase in your return.
• We also provide four weeks of paid transition time at 80% capacity or four days per week.
• Seed offers 15 vacation days, 7 sick/safe days, 2 personal days, 10 Recharge Days (Summer + Winter), and 15 paid company holidays each year.
• Thrive in a remote-first culture that emphasizes autonomy and clarity. You will also receive a $750 one-time remote work setup stipend and ongoing access to a $450 quarterly wellness and workplace stipends via JOON.
• Access pet insurance, life and disability coverage, learning & development opportunities, and a vibrant culture grounded in science and impact.
