Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Engage in regular discovery sessions with both existing and potential clients.

• Perform opportunity assessments and establish product strategies that align with the company's vision and objectives.

• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to achieve measurable outcomes through solutions that are viable, valuable, feasible, and user-friendly.

• Work together with engineering, product operations, design, analytics, and product marketing teams.

• Assess and prioritize issues and solution alternatives utilizing RICE, MoSCoW, or WSJF methodologies.

• Leverage market insights, customer requirements, and data-driven analytics to evaluate product impact.

• Advocate for and implement Agile best practices across various teams.

• Employ rapid prototyping techniques through AI tools to validate solution hypotheses.

• Oversee product updates and releases.

• Report on the status of roadmap initiatives and commitment deliveries.

• Manage the go-to-market strategy for new product features and launches.

• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Customer Support on training and enablement initiatives.

• Represent the product team in client-facing meetings, presentations, and webinars.

• Conduct daily client discovery to comprehend use cases, workflows, and potential opportunities.

• Partner with Product Operations on documentation, product demo pathways, and usage metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in product management within B2B SaaS environments.

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience in a relevant field.

• Demonstrated experience in implementing Agile best practices within cross-functional teams.

• Strong skills in utilizing AI tools for the rapid creation of both low and high-fidelity prototypes.

• Proficient with product management and software delivery platforms such as Aha and Atlassian.

• Proven track record in coordinating go-to-market strategies, internal training, and sales enablement activities.

• Experience leading client discovery sessions, product demos, and webinars.

• Familiarity with working in global virtual teams.

• Experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance-related fields is an advantage.

• Fluent in both German and English.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Ability to build trust and cultivate effective working relationships across departments and locations.

• Capable of working independently as well as part of a global virtual team.

• Agile and flexible, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
