Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the entire product delivery process for intricate AI and agentic AI projects, spanning from discovery and hypothesis formulation to phased implementation and production readiness.

• Define and uphold AI product roadmaps linked to quantifiable enterprise business outcomes.

• Lead user research initiatives, conduct stakeholder interviews, validate assumptions, and carry out discovery activities.

• Design and execute POCs, pilot implementations, and scenario-based tests of multi-step agentic workflows, edge cases, and recovery from failures.

• Specify agent behavior, which includes system prompts, tool schemas, context management, summarization, and working memory patterns.

• Manage and operate evaluation frameworks that assess task completion, reasoning quality, tool selection, failure recovery, and safety measures.

• Establish agent-level success metrics such as task completion rate, cost per task, escalation rate, and time to resolution, in conjunction with business KPIs.

• Set human-in-the-loop boundaries and establish guardrails.

• Utilize AI-forward tools like Claude, Claude Code, Cursor, and GitHub Copilot, along with relevant agentic frameworks.

• Facilitate stakeholder working sessions, prioritize discussions, and address risks with senior client stakeholders.

• Articulate AI trade-offs, agent behavior, and product decisions to both technical and non-technical executive audiences.

• Foster trusted, consultative relationships with client stakeholders throughout all engagements.

• Lead prioritization efforts by balancing business value, technical feasibility, cost, latency, and delivery schedules.

• Frame requests based on user and business outcomes and manage AI hype cycles with pragmatic expectations.

• Mentor junior AI product managers on evaluations, agent design, and best practices in AI product delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of product management experience with direct involvement in launching AI features or products.

• Familiarity with ERP/EAM systems and data platforms, including SAP and Snowflake.

• Proficiency in reading Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript code and assessing architectural decisions.

• Comprehensive understanding of LLMs, RAG, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, context engineering, agentic systems, planning, tool usage, human-in-the-loop controls, guardrails, and evaluations.

• Demonstrated ability to prototype AI and agentic solutions using contemporary AI tools such as Claude, Claude Code, Cursor, and GitHub Copilot.

• Experience in delivering AI products within risk-averse, highly regulated, or safety-critical enterprise settings.

• Background in conducting evaluations for AI systems and iterating based on findings.

• Experience in defining agent behavior, including system prompts, tool schemas, and human-in-the-loop boundaries.

• Strong background in working with AWS AI services in a product context, including Bedrock, Lambda, SageMaker, or Kendra.

• Excellent client communication skills with the ability to convey AI capabilities and limitations to non-technical executive audiences.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguous and rapidly changing environments.

• Experience in a consulting or agency setting, familiarity with agent orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or AWS Strands, or a software engineering background is an advantage.
