This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +27 more states.
• Take charge of the roadmap for AI, automation, and user experience projects within the Complex Claims platform.
• Lead the complete product discovery process, develop business cases, and oversee execution.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Data, Product Management, and executive stakeholders.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to fellow Product Managers.
• Work together across Revecore service lines to promote shared innovation and ensure platform consistency.
• Analyze and articulate business challenges related to Underpayment Workflows.
• Conduct data research and trend analysis to quantify issues, confirm root causes, and prioritize enhancement backlogs.
• Create user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
• Document and outline system logic, data flows, and platform dependencies.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure technical feasibility aligns with business objectives.
• Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production validation.
• Track system performance and recurring issues to guide roadmap decisions.
• 7–10+ years of experience in Product Management.
• Leadership experience in managing complex, cross-functional initiatives within enterprise software environments.
• In-depth expertise in Revenue Cycle Management is essential.
• Strong comprehension of complex claims, denials, underpayments, payer reimbursement behaviors, and operational claim workflows.
• Proven experience in leading platform-level AI, automation, or workflow transformation initiatives with significant operational or financial impacts.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL is required.
• Capability to analyze extensive relational datasets, define KPIs, validate business challenges, and measure product outcomes.
• Background in modernizing or optimizing core operational systems and UI/UX within workflow-driven platforms.
• Technical understanding of APIs, ETL workflows, financial transaction systems, and claims data formats such as 835/837.
• Ability to mentor or guide other Product Managers.
• Exceptional communication skills at the executive level, with the ability to influence Engineering, Operations, Data, and senior leadership.
• Skill in defining product vision and roadmap while crafting clear, testable user stories in Agile environments.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar project management tools.
• A quiet, distraction-free home work environment is required.
• A secure home internet connection with download speeds exceeding 20 Mbps and upload speeds above 10 Mbps is necessary.
• Must reside in the United States in one of the approved states listed in the job posting.
