Senior Product Manager

📋 Description

• Collect, assess, and comprehend customer use cases.

• Design and implement innovative, AI-driven product features and functionalities.

• Guide and mentor team members, aiding in their professional development and recruitment.

• Utilize and identify metrics and data to monitor customer requirements and project budgets.

• Formulate clear go-to-market launch strategies in collaboration with external, customer-oriented teams.

• Manage the complete product lifecycle processes from planning to launch.

• Establish product vision and roadmap strategies that align with business objectives.

• Articulate product vision and roadmap to key stakeholders.

• Prioritize and convey production customer issues and defects for prompt resolution.

• Conduct demonstrations for key stakeholders at significant program milestones.

• Oversee product development plans and represent product features within cross-functional teams.

• Suggest new features that address customer challenges and requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or demonstrated technical expertise and experience.

• Extensive experience in Product Management from idea generation through post-launch management.

• Knowledge of product development, including business cases, content, and product strategies.

• Innate problem-solving skills and the capability to lead collaborative issue resolution.

• Proficient in professional and effective interaction with both internal and external customers.

• Experience in mentoring or training others and serving as a subject matter expert.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Capacity to cultivate relationships with customers and stakeholders.

• Strong analytical skills and excellent organizational capabilities when juggling multiple priorities.
