This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +6 more states.
• Design and implement cutting-edge products and business intelligence solutions utilizing healthcare data.
• Generate analytics that drive value and support data-informed decisions across the spectrum of cost and quality.
• Oversee analytics portfolios that include ambulatory quality, risk-based contract analytics, total cost of care, population health, and specialty line analytics.
• Leverage expertise in user experience, healthcare operations, business, and technology to tackle intricate challenges.
• Lead product development initiatives by employing agile methodologies.
• Supervise data gathering, client-oriented reporting, and the application of both standard and emerging analytic tools and technologies.
• Work in collaboration with various business departments within and outside the Providence Analytics Center of Excellence.
• Act as the main point of contact for business partners and stakeholders regarding the product line.
• Ensure effective stakeholder engagement and communication, address general concerns, and align product strategies with business goals.
• Facilitate problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and collaboration among diverse technical and product groups.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Analytics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Health Administration, Public Health, Public Administration, or a related field, or comparable education/experience.
• At least 5 years of progressively responsible management experience in project, program, product, and/or personnel management.
• Management experience should focus on data management, analytics, product design, customer engagement, data science, platform development, or related fields.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with analytics tools, platforms, and languages such as SQL, ADO, Tableau, Power BI, or similar technologies.
• Experience with healthcare data and healthcare operations is preferred.
• Familiarity with industry frameworks relevant to the applicable domain is preferred.
