This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Dakota.
• Take ownership of results for a significant segment of Property Meld’s Intelligent Maintenance product.
• Address customer and business challenges that generate recognized value, rather than simply delivering features.
• Gain a thorough understanding of customer issues and collaborate with design and engineering partners on solutions.
• Manage the process from launch to rollout and beyond to ensure the value is realized.
• Assess customer desirability and business viability, considering impacts on subscription, expansion, and retention.
• Develop written cases for roadmap initiatives, detailing the problem, customer job, anticipated outcome, and justification.
• Link product efforts to broader business objectives beyond the current cycle.
• Explore whether customers perceive essential value that supports renewal.
• Articulate the product rationale, expected outcomes, and value to the company, customer-facing teams, and clients.
• Collaborate and make decisions within a product trio comprising product, design, and engineering.
• Maintain close engagement with customers and firsthand customer experiences.
• Stay involved throughout problem discovery, delivery, rollout, and evaluation.
• Collaborate closely with build and QA teams to enhance technical understanding.
• Foster clarity, alignment, and momentum through influence rather than positional authority.
• Select metrics that track both customer outcomes and business implications.
• Integrate quantitative data with qualitative insights.
• Visit and shadow a customer quarterly to comprehend their usage and non-usage of the product.
• Strong curiosity about customers and the ability to stay connected with product users.
• Decision-making grounded in evidence, with a readiness to adjust course when new data arises.
• Exemplary prioritization skills and disciplined focus.
• Proficient in crafting convincing written arguments.
• Capability to lead discussions and clearly articulate a compelling value proposition.
• Measurement literacy, including the ability to choose metrics for assessing customer outcomes and business effects.
• Ownership and accountability in a collaborative environment, free from blame.
• Generalist skills with a preference for collaborating alongside proficient specialists.
• Technical fluency and eagerness to learn from engineering teams.
• Self-motivated, independent, and purpose-driven work style.
• Experience in PropertyTech is advantageous.
• Candidates MUST be eligible for full-time employment in the United States.
• Availability to work with 6 hours of daily overlap with the Mountain Time Zone.
