Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the product strategy and roadmap for a specific product area.

• Convert customer challenges into actionable product requirements.

• Engage in customer discovery and conduct comprehensive market research.

• Establish product requirements, set priorities, and define success metrics.

• Collaborate closely with Engineering and Design teams throughout the delivery process.

• Evaluate product performance and gather customer feedback for improvements.

• Lead product launches and foster product adoption.

• Present the roadmap and product strategy to stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management.

• Demonstrated track record of owning products from the discovery phase to launch.

• Exceptional analytical and communication skills.

• Technical knowledge and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineers.

• Strong intuition for customer needs and product vision.

• Experience working in dynamic and fast-paced environments.

• Preferred: Experience with AI/ML or developer-focused products.

• Preferred: Background in B2B SaaS.

• Preferred: Experience in startup or scale-up settings.

• Preferred: Technical product management experience.

• Proficiency in English is required.

• Must be able to provide work authorization status for the United States.
