Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of discovering and delivering transformative features that impact health and safety.

• Collaborate closely with clinical advisors, engineering leaders, and industry collaborators.

• Establish the Senior PM position utilizing new tools.

• Define and promote the roadmap for features related to care transitions.

• Lead ongoing discovery efforts with clinical end-users.

• Design and execute rapid experiments to confirm the fit between problems and solutions.

• Manage the entire sprint lifecycle, from writing stories to the final release.

• Work in partnership with engineering and design teams to deliver clinically accurate features.

• Define and monitor product KPIs linked to clinical outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management or product ownership.

• Extensive knowledge in post-acute care, care transitions, or related fields (such as home health, SNF, hospice, chronic care management).

• Genuine proficiency with AI-assisted and agentic product workflows.

• A demonstrated history of successfully shipping complex software products in Agile/Scrum settings.

• Strong analytical abilities — comfortable with SQL, product analytics tools, and outcome metrics.

• Preferred experience with HIPAA, CMS regulatory frameworks, and interoperability standards (HL7 FHIR, ADT feeds).

• Background in digital health, SaaS, or healthcare technology solutions.
