This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the product roadmap and oversee features from concept to delivery throughout the product lifecycle.
• Manage product dependencies, risks, and milestones collaboratively across various teams.
• Prioritize high-impact features that align with customer requirements, business objectives, and security protocols.
• Make informed, data-driven decisions regarding product trade-offs.
• Lead and guide Engineering, Design, and Marketing teams during the development, delivery, and launch phases.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and ensure alignment on goals, timelines, and execution strategies.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to shape the product strategy.
• Assess product outcomes against KPIs and utilize customer and usage data to enhance the roadmap.
• Align both internal stakeholders and external partners with product goals and incorporate their requirements into execution plans.
• Cultivate relationships with customers, partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Define and monitor metrics for measuring product success.
• Drive ongoing product enhancements by leveraging data insights.
• Provide strategic leadership in product planning and decision-making processes.
• Ensure product initiatives align with company objectives.
• Mentor and guide less experienced product managers and cross-functional team members.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Over 8 years of experience as a Product Manager.
• Demonstrated history of delivering successful product outcomes.
• Ability to implement product roadmaps while balancing strategic vision and tactical execution.
• Skilled in effective prioritization and making trade-off decisions in dynamic environments.
• Strong leadership qualities and experience in cross-functional collaboration.
• Capability to influence stakeholders effectively.
• Comprehensive customer and market insights.
• Proficient in translating customer insights into significant product features.
• Comfort in navigating ambiguity and taking ownership of product direction and execution.
• Expertise in utilizing data and metrics for product-related decisions, success tracking, and performance enhancement.
• Solid understanding of security standards.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficient in conveying product vision and strategy to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in managing and mentoring junior product managers or other team members.
• Scrum Product Owner certification is preferred.
• Extensive domain knowledge in payroll, benefits, time & labor, or human capital management is preferred.
• Ability to remain seated for extended periods, typically 7–8 hours a day.
• Capability to operate computers and phone systems, type, and utilize multiple software programs concurrently.
