This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Gather and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and various teams to define requirements, features, and the product roadmap.
• Develop product plans and roadmap items for two distinct product development pods.
• Effectively communicate and promote new and upcoming features both internally and externally through product marketing announcements, webinars, and demonstrations.
• Create feature specifications and review product requirements documents (PRDs).
• Edit and review product documentation and release notes.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure quick time-to-market and efficient resource utilization.
• Verify that products and releases are launched accurately and on schedule.
• Monitor product usage and its impact on end users.
• Propose innovative ideas to enhance the product offering and vision.
• Assist in developing product pricing and positioning strategies.
• Work alongside engineers to decompose features into prioritized backlogs.
• Take ownership of defining, prioritizing, and approving work delivered by the pods.
• Collaborate closely with the CTO and Engineering Teams.
• Experience as a Product Manager for products aimed at Software Engineers, Data Professionals, or ML Engineers.
• Relevant experience in product design and engineering may be accepted in place of formal product management experience.
• Relevant credentials in product management, such as online courses or certifications, may complement product design or engineering background.
• Proficient in modern AI tools such as agentic coding, MCP servers, and AI platform development.
• Extensive understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Demonstrated success in managing all facets of a product throughout its lifecycle.
• Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams in a remote-first environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with both customers and colleagues.
• Prior experience as a software developer is a valuable asset if applicable.
• Experience in data protection or governance is a significant plus if applicable.
• A strong passion for data privacy and governance.
• Excellent collaboration, influencing, interpersonal, organizational, attention-to-detail, and time-management skills.
• Ability to meet release deadlines consistently.
• A positive attitude towards change and uncertainty, eagerness to grow and learn, and openness to coaching.
