📋 Description

• Take charge of the product engineering pod's roadmap and align priorities with Meadow's strategic business objectives.

• Serve as the representative voice of the pod throughout the organization, articulating what is being developed, the rationale behind it, and the expected launch timeline.

• Cultivate partnerships with Student Accounts departments at affiliated schools and deliver products they intend to implement.

• Conduct discovery sessions, outline project scope, and prepare clear specifications for both designers and engineers.

• Investigate opportunities for agents to either replace or enhance conventional workflows for educational institutions and students.

• Establish success metrics and leverage data to evaluate project outcomes and insights.

• Launch multiple high-impact products within the initial six months that aid in product growth.

• Integrate into a Product Engineering pod and report directly to the Chief Product Officer.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in 0-1 startups and/or early-stage companies (Seed, Series A).

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Product Management.

• Bonus: Familiarity with FinTech or Payments industries.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capability to utilize AI tools to comprehend the codebase sufficiently to distinguish between challenging and straightforward tasks and engage effectively with Product Designers and Software Engineers.

• Candidates must reside in the United States.

• Must not require sponsorship for an employment visa in the United States.
