Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the product vision and roadmap for BOXED, ensuring a balance between immediate gains and long-term investments.

• Establish and manage essential product metrics such as activation, retention, and monetization.

• Lead the execution process, collaborating with Engineering and Design to deliver value to customers while maintaining high quality.

• Convert customer feedback into product strategy by engaging with the community, support team, and creator network.

• Collaborate across functions with Engineering, Design, Marketing, CX, and Operations to deliver a cohesive product experience for all BOXED customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in product management within a consumer product setting, with a focus on core product surfaces and outcomes.

• Proven history of achieving measurable results on metrics such as activation, retention, engagement, or monetization.

• A strong inclination towards shipping with sound product judgment.

• Deep empathy for customers, along with an understanding of engagement loops, consumer psychology, virtual economies, and the mechanics that foster habit formation.

• Familiarity with contemporary product analytics tools (such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, Posthog, or similar).

• Exceptional communication skills across engineering, design, marketing, operations, and other cross-functional teams.

• Ability to thrive across multiple product surfaces and in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
