This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +2 more states.
• Lead a diverse Editing Experience team comprising Engineering, Design, and Data, while collaborating with go-to-market teams to transition products from concept to launch.
• Formulate and implement the product strategy and roadmap for the editing experience ecosystem, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and company objectives.
• Create impactful products and features that streamline workflows, remove bottlenecks, drive measurable results, and enhance the customer experience.
• Engage in ongoing discovery through user feedback and market insights to enhance product and business performance.
• Establish business objectives, KPIs, and success metrics; monitor performance and promote data-driven improvements.
• Mentor and assist fellow product managers while contributing to a collaborative product organization.
• Oversee the product life cycle in an agile environment and uphold a transparent, concise product roadmap.
• Take full ownership of the Editing and Reviewing Experience, encompassing translation interfaces, review and approval workflows, content management tools, and developer utilities.
• Practical experience in the localization/language services sector, either at a Language Service Provider or within a localization/translation-technology platform.
• Ideally, direct ownership of a linguist-facing interface, such as a CAT tool, editor, or review UI.
• A minimum of 2 years of Product Management experience within the localization industry.
• Strong preference for experience managing interfaces/editors.
• Demonstrated UX skills and a commitment to ongoing discovery.
• Ability to understand and empathize with user needs.
• Methodical approach to complex problem-solving and trade-off management.
• Skilled in interpreting data and trends to assess issues, quantify impacts, and make informed choices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and dependency management capabilities.
• Capacity to work collaboratively in a hands-on, cross-functional setting.
