📋 Description

• Take charge of product strategy and implementation for C3, Libra’s internal case management and operations platform.

• Achieve measurable product and business results by collaborating with engineering teams aligned with specific domains.

• Enhance the efficiency of the product organization through the use of modern AI tools, rapid prototyping, and AI-assisted product development.

• Utilize AI platforms like Claude for tasks such as discovery, synthesis, competitive analysis, requirements drafting, UAT planning, and everyday product operations.

• Spot opportunities for AI, automation, and decision support within C3’s operational workflows.

• Establish guardrails, fallback strategies, and human oversight for AI-driven experiences.

• Lead efforts in discovery, competitive analysis, user interviews, research, workflow observation, and stakeholder engagement.

• Develop and implement the product vision and strategy for C3 in line with company objectives and customer needs.

• Validate opportunities through rapid prototyping, MVPs, and customer feedback.

• Cultivate domain expertise in areas such as underwriting, negotiations, servicing, payment processing, and document management.

• Maintain a steady pipeline of refined and validated tasks for engineering squads.

• Manage the intake, prioritization, and sequencing of initiatives, enhancements, epics, MVPs, and features.

• Shape user experiences through the design of workflows, usability, information hierarchy, and reducing friction.

• Convert ambiguous business requests into clear product requirements, MVP definitions, and end-to-end experience decisions.

• Create product initiatives, epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Coordinate structured engagement with subject matter experts and operations teams.

• Lead or participate in planning and executing user acceptance testing (UAT).

• Define success metrics and assess initiatives based on customer feedback, usage data, operational metrics, and failure analysis.

• Monitor outcomes of shipped features and document decisions to iterate, halt, or pivot as necessary.

• Communicate roadmap choices, trade-offs, and progress to stakeholders.

• Collaborate with operations, legal, compliance, and go-to-market teams on rollout and adoption strategies.

• Report directly to the VP of Product Management (C3).


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in Product Management within software, workflow, or operations-intensive environments.

• A minimum of 3 years in a senior PM or equivalent role.

• Capability to maintain backlog health and ensure quality of requirements while supporting multiple engineering squads in a high-throughput delivery setting.

• Proficient use of contemporary AI productivity tools such as Claude and similar platforms.

• Understanding of how to integrate AI into products and workflows, including the strengths, limitations, risks, and design factors associated with LLM.

• Ability to define and assess success for AI-powered features using metrics, feedback loops, production observations, and analysis of failures.

• Strong product judgment with accountability for achieving measurable business outcomes.

• Excellent UX instincts with the ability to simplify intricate operational workflows.

• Experience collaborating with domain-aligned engineering teams, technical product owners, or embedded engineering leads in an agile delivery framework.

• Background in legal tech, healthcare, insurance, claims, fintech, or other regulated sectors.

• Experience balancing innovation with compliance, privacy, and operational reliability.

• Ability to work autonomously, navigate ambiguity, and manage various priorities.

• Outstanding communication, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Preferred: a background that encompasses engineering, product, and design/UX, or extensive experience in all three areas.

• Preferred: experience with internal operations platforms, case management systems, or workflow-heavy B2B applications.

• Preferred: background in personal injury, medical funding, legal funding, or similar complex-rule sectors.

• Preferred: familiarity with workflow automation or decision engine platforms.

• Preferred: experience collaborating with domain-aligned engineering squads or working within embedded technical product owner models.
