This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Become a member of one of three specialized swim-lane teams: New Customer Acquisition, Deliver Service, or AI & Operating Excellence.
• Take ownership of a workstream consisting of several initiatives related to a 2026 business strategy.
• Identify complex, multi-faceted challenges and foster cross-functional agreement.
• Manage and influence a specific business metric, such as conversion rates, retention, Pro supply, or cost-to-serve.
• Lead a dedicated engineering/design team from defining the problem to delivering successful outcomes.
• Determine priorities by deciding on what to exclude from the build process.
• Utilize AI on a daily basis to analyze live business metrics, draft and refine Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), search the codebase, and assess qualitative customer feedback.
• Enhance customer experiences, Pro satisfaction and growth, customer acquisition, service delivery, retention, and AI-driven product experiences.
• Apply ruthless prioritization based on potential leverage.
• Achieve measurable and attributable progress on metrics under your ownership.
• Create truly improved customer experiences.
• Build trust among engineering, design, data, and business stakeholders.
• Regularly employ AI to draft specifications, analyze data, create prototypes, and minimize busywork.
• Outstanding capabilities in either data-driven product work or customer/product intuition, with at least a good proficiency in the other area.
• Capacity to organize ambiguous problems before suggesting solutions.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to articulate challenges, gain consensus, and decline requests with rationale.
• Proactive attitude; comfortable delivering quick iterations and learning from actual user experiences.
• Strong product judgement and prioritization abilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, design, data, and business partners.
• Technical knowledge sufficient to earn the respect of engineers; coding skills are not necessary.
• This is not a project management position: you must determine what to build and the reasoning behind it.
• This is not an engineering position: writing code is not part of the role.
