• We are in search of a Senior Product Manager to guide our Pay-ins and Payouts product lines.

• As the Product Manager for Pay-ins, your role will involve optimizing existing payment methods and developing new solutions for our merchants to accept payments.

• In your capacity as the Product Manager for Payouts, you will work on enhancing our current payout channels while also establishing new channels in the countries where we are expanding.

• Product Managers at Kora take ownership of the entire problem they are addressing alongside their team.

• You will devise and implement the product strategy that facilitates seamless payment experiences for our users.

• Your reporting relationships will include collaborative work with our Product Management, Engineering, Product Design, Business, Compliance, and IT teams to ensure that every feature and product is delivered effectively and meets the highest quality standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of product management experience, with a proven track record of successfully developing and launching impactful products.

• Experience in creating payment solutions within the fintech sector.

• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

• A solid understanding of software development and operations, along with experience in building technical software products.

• Strong customer empathy, with the ability to shape product direction and execution based on user needs.

• Excellent capacity to bring clarity and focus to complex and ambiguous situations.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to collaborate with and lead teams - Product roles entail responsibility without direct authority. We seek leaders who can inspire and gain the trust of stakeholders and teams through a collaborative approach.

• A sense of curiosity and motivation.

• A keen attention to detail, with a commitment to building quality products.

• Experience working with both qualitative customer insights and quantitative data to guide decisions. You have conducted user research, A/B tests, and collaborated closely with product analysts.
