This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take full ownership of a product portfolio from start to finish, establishing strategy, defining the roadmap, and driving execution from concept to rollout and adoption.
• Quickly adapt to new squads and problem areas as business requirements change, efficiently ramping up in unfamiliar domains.
• Develop products utilizing intricate financial and operational data, such as budgets, actuals, cost structures, schedules, and vendor pricing.
• Incorporate AI into product functionalities to predict outcomes, make decisions, draft content, or streamline workflow steps, guided by evaluation and quality frameworks.
• Create clear product requirements, foresee edge cases, and prioritize based on impact, effort, and long-term value.
• Establish success metrics, instrument products, and conduct experiments to enhance cycle time, cost precision, and user adoption.
• Lead initiatives across Construction Operations, Finance, Sales, Design, and Engineering.
• Over 5 years of product management experience, including overseeing a complex, technical product.
• Outstanding analytical skills and comfort with complex, high-stakes data.
• Capability to independently write queries, build models, and reconcile numerical data.
• Experience with financial or operational data products, including cost, pricing, margin, budgeting, forecasting, supply chain, or scheduling.
• Strong attention to detail with an ability to spot discrepancies and production edge cases.
• Metrics-driven approach with quantitative success measurement and instrumentation.
• High technical fluency and the ability to analyze system trade-offs and interpret evaluations.
• An AI-first product design mindset, with an understanding of the appropriate applications and risks of AI.
• Versatility and adaptability across various product areas or new domains.
• Practical hands-on experience in 0-to-1 product development from concept to launch and adoption.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with operators, technical teams, and executive leadership.
• Self-motivated, able to thrive in uncertainty, act swiftly, and achieve cross-functional results.
• Interest in construction and the built environment is advantageous; prior industry experience is not mandatory.
• Must address US employment visa sponsorship status in the application.
• Salary range of $130K–$175K base salary.
