This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish and drive the long-term product vision for Midnight, ensuring it aligns with business objectives.
• Create and maintain a strategic product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements that offer maximum value.
• Discover opportunities for automation, AI-driven insights, and enhanced integrations to improve Midnight’s functionality.
• Oversee the complete product development lifecycle, from concept through to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality releases.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and QA teams to define product requirements and manage Agile development cycles.
• Convert customer feedback and business requirements into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Propel scalability and performance improvements, ensuring Midnight remains a robust and dependable solution for its users.
• Perform user research and evaluate industry trends to refine Midnight’s market positioning.
• Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to gather insights and translate customer feedback into product enhancements.
• Define and monitor key product success metrics (KPIs) to assess feature adoption and overall product performance.
• Serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
• Partner with marketing and sales teams to craft go-to-market strategies, product messaging, and training materials.
• Lead internal product demonstrations and executive updates, clearly communicating product progress and key decisions.
• Mentor and guide junior product managers, fostering a strong product management culture within the organization.
• Over 10 years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS, B2B, ERP, or workflow automation software.
• Strong technical understanding, particularly of APIs, cloud-based platforms, and system integrations.
• Proven experience in leading end-to-end product development, from discovery to launch.
• A demonstrated ability to utilize data, customer insights, and business strategy to inform product decisions.
• Outstanding leadership and communication skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments, using tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
• Background in print MIS, ERP, or related workflow automation software is preferred.
• Experience leveraging AI as a core component of the product development lifecycle is preferred.
• Familiarity with AWS serverless architecture, AI-powered automation, or business intelligence tools is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of UX/UI best practices, A/B testing, and user journey optimization is preferred.
• An MBA or equivalent experience in product strategy would be a plus (preferred).
