Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist the Principal Product Manager in developing the strategy for the Customer product pillar.

• Establish and manage a prioritized, outcome-driven product roadmap while effectively communicating it to stakeholders.

• Oversee complex products throughout their lifecycle, including discovery, experimentation, launch, optimization, and retirement.

• Ensure that product OKRs are aligned with both value stream and company goals.

• Promote continuous discovery and delivery through user research, experimentation, and analytics.

• Leverage product data and insights to monitor performance, guide decisions, and showcase impact.

• Serve as a subject-matter expert for the value stream, gaining insights into customer needs, competitors, market trends, and technology.

• Collaborate with Engineering and Design teams on user experience, architecture, and delivery principles.

• Mentor and support Product Managers in their roles.

• Engage with senior stakeholders, effectively addressing both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Contribute to fostering a high-performing, customer-focused product culture.

• Demonstrated experience as a Senior Product Manager delivering intricate, customer-centric digital products.

• Strong background in a product-focused, agile environment with cross-functional teams.

• Practical experience in user research and customer interaction.

• Proficient in utilizing data for decision-making, prioritization, and performance assessment.

• Experienced in defining and executing product OKRs and strategic initiatives.

• Capable of clearly and effectively managing and communicating a product roadmap.

• Strong stakeholder management abilities, including the skill to present to senior leadership.

• Background in supporting, mentoring, or guiding Product Managers.

• Naturally inquisitive, analytical, and results-oriented, with a proactive approach.
