This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +1 more state.
• Take ownership of a product domain within the Supply Chain Risk Management platform and drive customer and business outcomes.
• Cultivate a deep understanding of customer challenges through research, discussions, usage data, and market insights.
• Convert customer and business needs into product specifications and maintain a prioritized backlog.
• Leverage prototypes, experiments, and product concepts to validate ideas and mitigate delivery risks.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data Engineering, Data Science, and cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
• Spot opportunities for AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics to enhance the platform.
• Define and advance analytics and decision-support capabilities for supply chain risk management.
• Assess product performance using customer feedback, product analytics, and business results.
• Articulate product priorities and roadmap decisions across Engineering, commercial teams, and leadership.
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in managing and delivering successful SaaS products in a Product Management capacity.
• Background in procurement, supplier risk, supply chain risk management, manufacturing, or related B2B SaaS sectors.
• Proven experience leading and collaborating with Product, Engineering, Data Engineering, and Data Science teams.
• Strong track record in creating data-driven products, analytics capabilities, or decision-support solutions.
• Ability to synthesize customer, commercial, and technical inputs into product priorities, requirements, and delivery strategies.
• Demonstrated experience in launching products and features that provide measurable customer and business value.
• Nice to have: experience in developing AI-enabled products or incorporating AI into analytics and decision-support solutions.
• Nice to have: familiarity with procurement, supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, or operations settings.
• Nice to have: experience delivering enterprise software for global organizations.
